Leave the M5 at Junction 30

Take the A376 toward Exmouth heading south.
Bear right at the first roundabout (Clyst St. Mary).

Head down the duel carriageway.

At the second roundabout (Clyst St. George)
take the second exit (straight on)
50 yards later turn right at the
George and Dragon Pub roundabout.
300 yards further on, on the left is the
Dart Business Park.
